Coinbase has enabled some customers to earn 1.25% interest from holding USDC, New York-based customers are not eligible. Major United States-based cryptocurrency exchange and wallet service Coinbase now allows holders of USD Coin (USDC) to earn a 1.25% annual percentage yield (APY).
